Commercial service
Retail cleaning that supports a clean, customer-ready store
Plan recurring or one-time service around store hours, customer traffic, floors, entrances, fitting rooms, counters, restrooms, and staff areas.

Customer-facing cleaning
Retail environments need visible results without interfering with store operations
Retail cleaning should support the customer experience while respecting merchandise, displays, opening and closing procedures, loss-prevention rules, and the limited time available before or after business hours.
The proposal can prioritize entrances, sales floors, counters, fitting rooms, visible glass, restrooms, staff areas, and the floor-care routine appropriate for the store.
Operators running several stores can hold one contract across the portfolio, with the same scope applied per site and reporting broken out by location.
DFW Clean HQ
Retail cleaning priorities
The store layout and operating schedule determine which tasks fit each visit and which details should rotate.
Entrances and customer paths
Entry glass, doors, mats, floors, and visible traffic areas can be prioritized.
Sales floor and fitting rooms
Accessible surfaces, mirrors, floors, fitting rooms, and agreed display surroundings can be included.
Checkout and service counters
Counter exteriors and selected accessible surfaces can be cleaned around store procedures.
Restrooms and staff areas
Customer or employee restrooms, break areas, and back-office spaces can be added to the scope.
Multi-location and portfolio contracts
Several stores can run under one contract with a consistent scope per site, a single point of contact and per-location reporting, rather than a separate arrangement negotiated for each address.

Detailed service planning
What to consider before scheduling retail cleaning
Useful cleaning content should help a customer make a decision, understand the process, and request a more accurate quote.
The first ten feet matter more than the rest of the store
Entry glass, mats, and the flooring immediately inside the door carry more weight in a customer's impression than anywhere else in the building. When frequency or budget has to come down, protect the entrance and reduce at the back of house.
Fitting rooms are the second impression
Mirrors, floors, benches, and hooks in fitting rooms are inspected far more closely than the sales floor, because customers are stationary and looking at their own reflection. They deserve nightly attention in any store that sells apparel.
Build the scope around your trading hours, not the other way round
Confirm actual open and close times, delivery windows, and extended-hours days, then set a consistent service window inside them. Retail cleaning schedules that get renegotiated week to week produce uneven results and crews that arrive at the wrong time.

Frequently asked questions
Planning your cleaning service
How much does retail cleaning cost per visit?
Quoted per store rather than per square foot. Fitting-room count, restroom count, floor surface, entry glass, and visits per week drive the figure more than sales-floor size. Hard floors in a high-traffic store cost more to maintain than carpet of equivalent area.
What does a retail cleaning service include?
Entry glass and mats, sales floor and aisles, fitting rooms and mirrors, checkout surroundings, customer and staff restrooms, break areas, and back-of-house circulation. Merchandise and displays are cleaned around, never moved or restocked.
When is the best time to schedule retail cleaning?
Before opening or after closing. Cleaning a sales floor during trading hours means constantly working around customers, which takes longer and produces a worse result. The exception is a mid-day restroom and entry touch-up on very high-traffic days.
How often should a retail store be cleaned?
Most stores with daily footfall need nightly or near-nightly service on entry, floors, fitting rooms, and restrooms. Lower-traffic or appointment-based retail can run two or three times a week. Restrooms are the constraint — they rarely stretch beyond every other day without customer complaints.
Do you offer floor stripping and waxing for sales floors?
Yes, quoted separately from the recurring scope because it requires a longer closed window and different equipment. Routine floor maintenance is included nightly; periodic stripping, sealing, and refinishing is scheduled as project work.
Do you move merchandise or displays to clean?
No. Cleaners do not move, restock, or rearrange merchandise. We clean around fixtures as they stand. If a display must move for floor access, your staff move it or we schedule that work when someone is present.
Can you clean multiple retail locations under one contract?
Yes. Locations run under one agreement with a per-store scope, so each store gets a checklist matching its own layout while you keep a single contact and one consolidated invoice.
